SureFire D2 Defender

Introduced as a common sense evolution of the popular 6P, the SureFire D2 Defender featured the same head and tail as the SureFire 6P along with a body designed with an integrated pocket clip.

At least three variations exist of the laser etching on the D2 Defender body. In order of appearance these markings were Defender, D2 Defender, and D2.

Owing to its shared design with the P series SureFire lights, the D2 can can easily be configured into rechargeable or TurboHead versions.
